Q: Hi , I am planning to invest in VGN Dynasty. I want to know is it worth that I get good return from my investment in next 5 yrs.

Hi, Recently I have contacted the builder for this project and he told me that this project is almost sold out and few units are available with 740 sq ft area in 2BHK and the price what the builder is quoted is Rs 2700 per sq ft and overall cost of the unit is 23.5 lakh excluding car parking. Car parking is optional and car parking charge is 3 lakh.

Hi, The project is covered in 70 acres of land and builder already delivered phase 1 and phase 2 project to his owner and this project comes under phase 4 and ready to deliver. The builder is quite more promising in nature and his behaviors are also good. Giving clear information about all stages of construction work through mail or call.

Hi, as far as project construction status is concerned almost 90% of the project is completed and builder agree to deliver a project is Oct- Nov 2015.

Hi, I am interested in 2BHK unit in this project what is the current price and when this project is going to complete? What is the construction status as of now?

Hi, The current price of this project is Rs 2700 per sq ft and project is in completion stage and builder will deliver the project till Oct 2015.I think if any one negotiate with the builder then he may give the best price, I am also planning to buy one unit in this project, check all paper of this project and observed that all document is ok.

Hi Kiran, In my knowledge Poonamallee is one of the top searchable destination for residential project and right now the average selling price of the apartment is Rs 4100 per sq ft and Estimated Sale Price Appreciation is around 3.9% per yrs.

Hi, VGN Dynasty covered in 3 acres of residential property near Saveetha Dental College in Poonamallee Avadi High Road. and it is one of the best options for investment in long terms. I think project specification is given on his website but still I can clear from my side what the builder conveys to my project structure stilt + 4 floored apartments, 2 BHKs ranging from 658 sq ft to 745 sq ft, Total no. of units is 397.
