Hey dear, Builder tie up with the head-office and ICICI bank for project loan. The total number of units in this project is 380 and structure of the block are still+4. If anyone looking for a 2BHK unit about the unit size of 1329 sqft then the cost comes: 1329*3600=47.84 + 6.5= 54.34 Laos. 6.5 is extra including car parking, registration and stamp duties.

Hi priya, Cherry Pick is approved by CMDA and for water supply builder has taken approval from municipal authorities as well as taken approval for drawing of ground water .Possession of this project is in Dec 2016.

Hi Raghav, Currently the price of this project is Rs 3600 per sq ft and Unit is available in various options of size ranging from 1200 to 1329 sq ft in 2, 1186 to 1429 sqft in 2,5 BHK apartments also 3 bhk option is available. From my research, this project is good for the residential purpose.
