Hi Guys, According to news, in another anti encroachment drive, around 13 farm houses were destroyed as well as 41 acres of land restored in Gurgaon district in the Aravalli region. The show cause notice have been sent to 153 farm houses and legitimate action was being made for raising construction without proper permission from Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF).
@ Mr Varun,
According to sources, the petitioner Legal Aid Committee ,National Green Tribunal Bar Association were asked to file an answer to the testimony of the Harayana government and posted the matter for further hearing on 31st of July. The tribunal was hearing to an appeal filed through lawyer Gaurav Bansal looking for directions to anticipate construction exercises in Aravallis including Mangarbani forest.
Hi Mr Varun, Amid the drive, 7 farm houses as well as 1 under construction factory, which had trespassed government plots, were destroyed in Manger region. State govt said that whole zone is under strict caution and not a single construction is being permitted in this area. Aside from the Mangar location, strict vigil likewise being kept in Aravalli hills.
Hey Guys, I came to know recently that Haryana state government has demolished 20 unauthorized farm houses in Aravalli areas. This step was taken after NGT pressurized state govt to taken serious steps regarding illegal construction in Aravalli.
Hey Varun, As per sources, Haryana government today told the National Green Tribunal that 20 farm houses and an under-development factory have been destroyed in anti encroachment drives completed in the Aravalli hills recently. The state govt filed before the bench headed by NGT chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar declared that demolition drive was done against illegal constructions in Gurgaon districts & Mangar in Faridabad .
Hey Guys, According to me, in spite of the fact that the government is yet to work out the modalities of master plan, other than building water supplies in every village, environmentalists trusted it wouldn't simply be about water preservation however an arrangement to restore the entire Aravali ecosystem.
As per sources, the Aravallis spread more than an area of 1,13,000 hectares in 2,000 villages over 7 districts of Haryana and the yearly revive of ground water is accepted to associate with 20 lakh liters for each hectare. MD Sinha also declared that the rate of extricating groundwater has been very quick to the point that of the three aquifers, the first has been drained.
Hey Mr Baldeep, As per sources, searching to ease worries that the government was willing to open up the Aravali region to more realty by diminishing the forms of the range checked as forests. Captain Abhimanyu said that If our scale falls between infrastructural development as well as protection of environment, we will verify that the scale tilts towards environment more than pointing to development.
@ Mr Baldeep, According as far as anyone is concerned, MD Sinha, conservator of forest (Gurgaon division) amid a presentation declared that, to permit groundwater energize to happen normally, mining should be prevented at a strategic distance from on the grounds that after the silica is mined from the hills, the underground soil loses its capacity to hold the groundwater.
Hey Guys, I heard in news, that the Haryana government has determined to develop an Aravali Master Plan to preserve groundwater during the board concern on the absence of protections for the delicate ecosystem system of the hills.
Hi Baldeep Singh, According to most recent news ,state miniser for environment and forests, captain Abhimanyu made the declaration on Friday at a seminar on Aravalis: Past, Present and Future sorted out in the city by the forest department on the event of World Environment Day.
As per my opinion, the genuine serious issue , relates to absence of clarity over the identification of regural natural conservation zones. So to clear this doubt, government should positively identify the Natural Conservation Zone . Even the process of mapping all NCZ areas was done by the town & country planning only to figure out the areas . But in this process no new areas were included to the Natural Conservation Zone.
As per a senior sate level official in forest department, If NCZ is working fine as per law & order , then government should putt Aravali under NCZ. There is no issue in it. But goverenment should create exact rule for it. If government is not able to work out NCZ as per exact terms and conditions, then they should put Aravali as no construction zone.
The government has slipped miserably in proclaiming Aravali as a forest. The state is equipped to put the hills under the natural conservation zones (NCZ) however there are few loopholes in its sub regional plan that will clear path for construction there. As per clause, construction in NCZ can be allowed in 0.5% . In the mean time as per another clause, construction is allowed in the areas, that are urbanizable in Aravali.
As per my knowledge, Gaurav Bansal requested before the court not to declare the part of Aravali as agricultural land. If court will declare , then construction companies will convert these land into urbanizable area by acquiring Change of Land Use(CLU). So state government should stop allowing any CLU in this region , which will directly hamper the nature.
As per latest news, an appeal was filed with the National Green Tribunal(NGT) looking for directions for the state government and the Union ministry of environment and forests against issuance of any licenses permitting land utilization change in the Aravalis. Notices has been announced requesting parties to hold new licenses after the case was conceded a week ago.
As per the petitioner Gaurav bansal, the state government should deny all developments in the Aravalis region. Several efforts has been made by real estate experts to make part of Aravali as a agriculture area. In past year , 90 applications had filed by three real estate companies in faridabad tehsildar court to convert the condition status of a village known as Mangar on Gurgaon Faridabad road, which comes under Aravali.
