Hi Rama, I think Hyderabad realty including Western/North-Western IT/ITES corridor has shown signs of recovery in the current market scenario, new launches by prominent builders in this locality have received the desired response in residential projects.

Hi yadav, I am residential person of Hyderabad and want to add few point that the major location in north-west Hyderabad are Kukatpally, Hydernagar, Madhapur, Hi-Tech City, Kondapur, Chandanagar and Miyapur which are showing tremendous growth in current realty market .Moreover in my knowledge Madhapur is a fast developing residential hub located 15 km north-west of Hyderabad. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is in charge of the administration of this area. Now Madhapur is known as IT and BPO hub, with the largest concentration of IT/ITES companies in the city.
