Rental properties have been the best investment option, because they produce money every month and they have great tax advantages. Few more advantages of buying rental properties for investment is long-term cash flow, great tax advantage guard against inflation, high or low cash investment, relatively easy to finance.

Hi, as per my view point properties with Long-term rental outlooks take little management in terms of repairing, maintenance cost and give great returns years on years into the future. In my calculation rental properties will give you approx. 15 to 20 % of your investment per yrs.
