Yes, in my view point both projects are good for investment. However the cost of CASA Grande Arena is cheaper than this project. Arena comes with independent and bigger size unit in comparing to Four Green.

Recently I have visited the site and Builder concerned person show me the entire project and we have a good discussion about this project. Right now the cost of this project is 2800 per sq ft and project consists 2, 3 bhk unit.
