Delhi Metro ( Noida City Center/ Dwarka Sector-21-Vaishali) begins from Dwarka associate Uttam Nagar to Connaught Place, followed by other major areas , for example, Vaishali , Noida, Anand Vihar ISBT and Pragati Maidan . Uttam Nagar is one of the extensive large populated area in Delhi with connectivity of Metro Rail and nearness of IGI Airport and Gurgaon. Uttam Nagar is a completely residential area in West Delhi. It is well developed and decent locality only 50 meters off the main road joining Dwarka and Vikaspuri. Uttam Nagar is located walking distance from major corporate offices.

Hey Guys,
In my point of view, the average residential price of this locality in year 2009 was 2950/sq-ft. This price is constantly showing improvement. Apart from many ups & downs in last couple of years , still this location is good for investment. In year 2015 , average residential price is around 5500/sq-ft. So I believe return of investment will be good.

According to me, Uttam Nagar is located in Delhi west . Which is one of the heavily populated area. Here you can get builder floor apartments as well as multi story apartments . This is a very developed zone , consists of villages . In terms of property buying & selling, Uttam Nagar is one of the highly favored location of Delhi. I believe this is because of easy accessibility & strategic location.

In my point of view, this is a very affordable locality as compare to nearby Janakapuri area. Metro connectivity & affordability are the main key factors drawing huge number of property buyers. Uttam Nagar is easily connected with every parts of Delhi with DTC transports/bus and Delhi Metro Rail.It is encompassed by Dwarka, Janak Puri Nangloi, Najafgarh, and Vikas Puri.
