In my point of view, the average residential price of this locality in year 2009 was 2950/sq-ft. This price is constantly showing improvement. Apart from many ups & downs in last couple of years , still this location is good for investment. In year 2015 , average residential price is around 5500/sq-ft. So I believe return of investment will be good.
