Hi Anirudh, Indeed this is a splendid project located in a prime location, Yamuna Expressway. Yamuna Expressway is now a days one of the hot spot for investment as well as end use. From end use point of view, Mirage project is well situated ,surrounded by all daily basic amenities.

Locality of this project is very much suitable for investment as well as end use. This project is around 2km from Galgotia university, approx 3km from Government hospital & Noida city center is around 30mins away. From connectivity point of view, main bus stand in around 3.5km from this project. DND is approx 20mins from this project.

In my point of view, average residential price of this locality is approx 2250/sq-ft in year 2010. After many ups & down this average residential price has shown some improvement . As of now this price has touched 4350/sq-ft ,in April 2015. It showed near about 3% of hike in this locality price trend.So i believe investing here is a wise idea, return of investment will be high.
