Right Dhiraj, Apart from CIDCO, many private developers are developing housing projects on more than 2000 acres. The locality still lacks basic services and amenities. I want to tell you that social amenities play a major role and it is important, if one is looking to buy a residential property here.
True Kunal, I heard that civic infrastructure, including road and sewerage are in in a pathetic condition. At the same time, there is no traffic management and most of the vehicles get stuck during peak hours. People are still fighting for round-the-clock water supply. The local corporation has failed to meet the demand of the growing population.
Local Corporation will have to think about it. Unless and until civic and other infrastructure is properly developed, extra crowd will only lead to disorder. in Navi Mumbai, most of the area has been developed but amenities are lacking.
