Hi , I am plan to buy a flat in phase II in Vaikund Sundaram. Can you please advice ? 1) has the metro water been provided ? 2) is there any water logging issue since the layout looks little low from ground ? 3) how good is ground water ?

Hi Srinivas, Water is generally a problem in certain pockets of Chennai and with Sundaram the water supply is very efficiently managed and nobody has ever had any shortage of water supply. Metro, water is also approved by the government and also builder has applied for the same from authorities.
Good morning, everyone I have booked an apartment in Phase II. I personally like the location and the project. All Units are very spacious, and good ventilation. Regarding the amenities, they have constructed around 3000 sq.ft for Gym. Marketing staffs in the site informed that the shops are under construction. They have started to lay the road from OMR to the site through Padmavathi Weigh Bridge. This area has come under CMDA limit and the works for metro water and drainage is going on.
Hello dear, As per builder first year maintenance charge will be free as they are taking the money before and from next year onword owner has to pay approx 2000 per month as a maintenance charge.
The location is really perfect yes approach road is narow...actually it is little encroached by residence over there, but still it is really good enough to come to OMR.I went to site next day of NILAM cyclone...even though after the heavy rain I couldn't find any water logging in a road.
Hi, I have also booked a flat in Sundaram. Even though, the access is narrow, we have 4 similar accesses on the OMR and two link roads leading to ECR. The roads even though small are maintained well. If you take the immediate left road from the site, it will lead to Sholinganallur junction. In future, you get location advantages with close proximity OMR and ECR road
Hi, I visited the site last Sunday and I am convinced with the construction quality. Yes, only issue is the approach road which seems like 30 ft roads. Apart from that, this project is absolutely fine.I also checked with them wrt to the STP and RO and they said, they will provide individual RO plant for each flat and STP will be provided.
