coplain about ill-legal extension in existing flat

Q: I have a flat ( No-156 )in the Army society in Sector 29. the owner of the flat ( No-158) directly above on the second floor has extended his balcony by 15 feet .this is dangerous.how do i complain and to whom ???

As per my knowledge, definitely you can take legal step. You can discuss with a legal advisor & take advice from him/her .
