Q: The brochure of revanta smartcity in l zone does not give clear picture of exact point of site on map, time of starting construction,payment plan etc.

L is probably is best place to INVEST in delhi and ncr but you should be careful while INVESTINGand remember my following points
1-Here risk factor is TIME so do not INVEST for short time or with debt asset,here you can invest your surplus MONEY because here you have to wait for return.
2-Now if you have some long term INVESTMENT plan then only you should move to L zone,so put your money in trusted brand do not go for discount,price invest in big and registered promotors.
3 Check all documents and land paper before investing

This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 975 sq-ft to 2100 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 3150/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2019 December.
Hey Narinder, According to me, currently there is no construction going on. Because membership process is going on. Land cost is approx 1200/sq-ft. Next couple of days membership booking will be closed. Tentatively building layout has been done, but waiting for approval from DDA. In this project ,you will have high quality appliances along with world class amenities.
