Great place for investment in delhi

Q: I recently visited to my Dad cousin who is a resident of Royal Floors in Daryaganj. I was surprised to see their spacious house. Building looked old from outside but the way that they have maintained their house it is amazing. Its surrounding is also good.

Hey Sishir,
According to me, Daryaganj is a fully developed locality and a residential cum commercial hub in Central Delhi. It is well connected to other parts of the city via trains, buses & other public transports. Close to every wholesale market like Chandni Chowk, Cycle Market, Lajpat Rai Market,Khari Baoli, Dariban, Bhagirath Place, Kashmiri Gate & Meena Bazar ,this sector is very much suitable for investment.

As per my knowledge, Dariyaganj is one of the popular residential location in Delhi. This area is surrounded by Nishad Raj Marg & Jawaharlal Nehru Marg & Ansari Road. This location has all daily basic amenities with in the vicinity. Daryaganj is a genuine decent location for end users as well as investors. It is situated in Central Delhi with magnificent connectivity and closeness with renowned and most desired areas of Delhi. It is near to Rajghat and renowned Golcha Cinema.
