Hi Debabrata, I think the New Town area has seen steady growth. Rental demand is high in Rajarhat New Town owing to a number of new constructions that have better facility.The advantage is that notwithstanding the high demand in this area, rental values are still affordable due to plenty of supply.
As per my understanding I would like to suggest some localities where rental demand is high: 1. Ballygunge 2. Salt Lake 3. Jadavpur 4. E M Bypass 5. Tollygunge

Hi, In my point of view Kestopur and Baguiati are two emerging residential localities which offer properties at affordable prices as compared to other nearby localities such as New Town, Rajarhat, Ballygunge and EM Bypass. Units of 2BHK are in demand in both the localities for which the rents available are Rs 6,000-15,000 per month.
