Q: Dear Sir,

we purchase house from a party who got house from Govt under Rajiv Gruhakalpa scheme, whether it is purchasable or not?
If yes kindly tell the process

Hi Shekar, Yes a person can sell his allotted unit but while buying project you can check all document related to the property.
