Hi Bulbul,
The City Industrial and Development Corporation (CIDCO) is the nodal agency for the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport. CIDCO is developing the NMIA Project with a capacity of 10 million passenger per annum (MPPA) in Phase-I and to handle about 60 MPPA by 2030, which would be the final phase. The Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) in November, 2010 gave its approval for developing the Navi Mumbai airport which would be one of world's few "Greenfield" international state-of-art airports offering world class facilities to passengers and cargo aircraft and airlines. The project is expected to be commissioned by 2016.
