Q: Hey I heard , DDA has come up with a high end housing scheme and proposal to redevelop staff quarters . Kindly discuss.

BE careful,there not plots in approved area available for sale,almost 80% land of this area to sold out to builders and investors,plots are available in unapproved areas,
There are good opportunity in this area for investment and this is the best place to invest but INVEST IN RIGHT PLACE do not be lured by some offers,discount and assured returns,.

1-Registry of land parcels,and got verified in authority.
2-Location of land parcels as it would decide site for your project.

L zone is best place to invest because of following things
1.Locations (great locations due to dwarka,gurgaon,diplomats township,IGI airpolrt,)
2.Infrastructure.still there is connectivity ,in future it will become great place
3-Demand-there is great demand for home in delhi,delhi population is increasing,,,,,,
4.PRICE APPRECIATION,,there is great chance for appreciations,as already prevailing rate is 10,000 for dwarka

Hi Bhuvnesh,
I will neither say this is a developing location ,suitable for investment, in same time nor I will say development authority has full control of this location, so you can invest here purchase for future construction. Why I am saying because I think it will take 2-3yrs of time to develop this location. Some times you may encounter with plot litigation.

Future of this location is not bad ,not good even. If you are buying plot, you have to wait 4-5yrs. If you are buying to construct your dream house here ,still then you have to wait for 4-5yrs. And one more thing as per sources, it is quite hard to find apartment in this location, only plots & plots are available.

Hey Guys,
As per sources, this project will offer 3BHK HIG units & 4BHK penthouses. From 1114 units, 932 units are dedicated to HIG, 168 HIG units have servant quarter and rest 14 units will come up with penthouses. This project will have total 11 towers. From which only 7 towers will be have penthouses. Ground floor will be only for parking.

Hi Jeet,
As per a senior official, Delhi Development Authority was focusing on constructing houses for EWS, LIG as well as MIG. Very less units have been developed for HIG category. So it is for the first time, Delhi Development Authority is going to develop houses for HIG category. DDA has already taken several steps to develop houses for EWS, LIG & MIG category people.

Hi Jeet,
As per sources, further more 1,114 HIG houses, there will be 672 houses implied for economically weaker sections too. The construction idea will be followed by green building design concepts. The plan is to include organic waste disposal, solar heaters as well as LED lighting in an offer to reduce load on environment & make it Eco friendly.

Hi Mt Jeet,

According to most recent news, the purpose to redevelop Delhi Development Authority staff quarters in Rajendra Nagar and Mayur Vihar Phase-I is aimed at encountering the city's developing housing necessities. As of now, the authority has only 2-3 story 1-3 BHK units only. So the redevelopment will handle the present demanding situation in Delhi market.

According to news, these colonies are spread more than 2 hectares of land. The houses were developed by 1962 master plan and have a low floor area ratio of 0.5 to 1. There is a huge parking issue here & the sites are underused. By this redevelopment plan, it is expected that the housing limit of the sites will be expanded triple.

According to sources, the Delhi Development Authority will build high rise towers with nearby clubs, sports facilities, shopping centers, swimming pools ,community halls as well as gyms here. The projects will be taken up on build operate transfer and turn key procedure, whichever is more achievable. This project will provide an obstacle free view of Yamuna Biodiversity parks & Humayun's tomb.

According to news, I heard some of the units will be available for general public selling. Still now final decision has not been taken by authorities. It will take some time to finalize . The development authority is going to announce major 3 transit oriented development projects on Friday. DDA is gearing up to make changes in Delhi real estate by developing & reshaping new as well as existing infrastructures respectively.

Hey Mr Jeet,
According to a senior DDA official, there is a developing interest for HIG houses in the capital. This is the first project in which a major part of the houses will have a place with the HIG category. DDA will develop penthouses with built in terrace gardens for first time. This project will be placed in Sector 19B, Dwarka. Construction work will start soon.

Hi Jeet,
As per latest news, surprisingly, the Delhi Development Authority has come up with unique high end housing scheme. The land owning agency has chosen to develop penthouses, an in the first place, and HIG (high income group) houses in Dwarka. This is really a nice initiative taken by Delhi Development Authority .

As per my knowledge, an approx of 1,114 high end units will be developed. Of these, 14 will be constructed as penthouses with terrace gardens. The plan was sanction by the DDA screening committee on Thursday alongside another scheme to redevelop the Authority's own particular staff quarters.
