Q: ow getting your own house and settle with your family is not a tough job. Dwarka L Zone is the large project that are undertaken by DDA. It is one of the mini city itself and the DDA has decided to restructure everything and this is an innovative step towards a smart city. Under the land pooling concept DDA working towards building flats on the UN used land and converting it in a smart city. This policy was formulated in 1962 but at that time no private owner was strong enough to take the charge but the economic development changed the scenario of private sector. The 2001 policy gave certain rights to the private owners and hence DDA with the joint venture of the private sector is making the dream of smart sub city in Delhi come true. This part will be well planned city with the transportation and infrastructure cordial.

Our own Delhi is coming up with revised plans for farm houses or now called as LDRA (Low Density Residential Area). The notification for this plan came up in June 2013 but in the recent months, it has started to pick up popularity due to massive curiosity around Land Pooling Policy (LPP). This piece of land is an undeveloped stretch lying at a strategic position between Dwarka and Gurgaon, so it is also called Dwarka L Zone or Dwarka Smart City. Under the development plan, the authority has divided Delhi into 15 Zones but the L Zone is the largest, and is almost entirely undeveloped. It is the only census town in the entire Zone, so it is the most profitable real-estate zone as well.

Latest Answer: You are right Tushar......All roads now lead to L Zone of Dwarka, in south west Delhi. As per the Delhi Development Authority, this is the largest zone of Delhi with 22840 hectares. At least half of this land can be urbanised and is proposed to come under land pooling policy of DDA. Builders have rushed in with pre-launches. But the troublesome is that the Government is yet to notify the zone. Buying property under this zone will be consider as illegal and you might have to loose your hard earned money. So, better stay away from such properties in Delhi.

Q: DDA L Zone first time came into existence when DDA announced MPD 2021. According to MPD 2021,DDA proposed a new zone L in West Delhi which located near-by Dwarka. As Delhi is the national capital and people from all across the country come to seek employment and live a better life. Keeping this in mind, Urban Development Ministry of India and DDA has planned to revamp new zones in the outer areas of Delhi. DDA L Zone is the best in terms of location and connectivity too. L Zone is also decided to become the first smart city in Delhi.

I have read all previous advise and comments, I am not able to find genuine company or builder. I am very much interested in colour House Society project, but not sure about them.can anyone help me. We are not looking for investment it's purly for ourselves. Waiting for true feedback .

Latest Answer: Hey Mr Raj Roy, Sources reveled poor people reaction is a setback for Delhi Development Authority, which as of late declared its first high end housing project in Dwarka location. It likewise plans to assemble 3 major transit oriented development projects in East Delhi as well as Dwarka. Every projects have housing as the principle component.
