when a builder promises a guranteed return for an apartment what are the points to look for can any one help

Q: i have planned to buy a property in ooty and the buider promises a guaranteed return for the next fifteen years covering the emi of the flat what should i look for in this case

Firstly,Check the sale agreement paper that builder have given any cause for guaranteed return, if not then add that point, I don't think builder will give a guarantee on paper but anyway you should try to take in written.
