Q: Hi,
Is it good to enter at 14k psf right now for Vidyavihar west.
How good is it compared to tilaknagar chembur in terms of connectivity, appreciation & future rental value

Well Pinky,
According to me, Chembur is a good locality and has excellent connectivity than Vidyavihar West. There are monorail and local trains and is also near the highway and airport. The Eastern express highway and the Tilak nagar railways station are very near. Broad roads and widening flyovers have made Chembur even more accessible. So, the area is far better than the Vidyavihar.

I think Ketal is right. Chembur is a suburb situated in the eastern part of Mumbai. It is located at a distance of 22 km from Central Mumbai and 20 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Multi-Storey Apartments and condominiums are the preferred type of property. The locality witnesses demand from both end users as well as investors. The current property rates in Chembur East-18650/sq-ft while in Chembur West Rs. 9700/sq-ft.
