As per news - Out of 100s of SLPs filed before it, Supreme Court admits only about 4 %. The Supreme Court doesn't even hear the other rejected petitions filed before it. It simply means that either a substantial question of law or a question of constitutional importance is involved in the matter admitted.
Hi Guys, As per the latest news, HUDA officials, initiated the survey in New Palam Vihar area & planned to cover Pawala Khusurpur, Choma as well as Kherki Dhaula. This survey team is consists of 2 junior engineers, 1 sub divisional officer ,7 patwaris as well as LAO & DTP officials. This survey, once completed, the report will be submitted to administrator Anita Yadav. As per the report, she will start the re allotment process.
According to Anita Yadav, HUDA administrator, there are some applications from land owners, who were not in the petition against the acquisition in the high court. So to ensure the proper petitioners , there is a list present on HUDA website as well as publicized on the notice boar of administrator office, DTP, Tehsildar & Estate officer.

Hi Gautam, Yes, I came to know about it from news couple of days ago. According to news, this survey is conducted by HUDA estate officers, District Town planner as well as Land acquisition officer jointly. By following the order of Punjab & Haryana High Court, a 13 person team initiated survey of land to be obtained for Dwarka Expressway.
That is right Arpit. According to news, from the list of 502 applicants for allotment of alternative plots, only 130 cases have completed survey. It is expected that rest of cases will be completed within 1week ,as per HUDA officials. As per the exercise, HUDA authorities said they are checking for genuine plot measurements, build up area and confirming revenue records of every plot to be considered for relocation.

As per sources, the Dwarka expressway or Northern Peripheral Road, is a 18km long conduit that will serve as an alternative connection between Gurgaon and Delhi and is relied upon to ease traffic on the current expressway. The petitions reviewed a 1.3km stretch of the expressway in Gurgaon close New Palam Vihar, where a settlement was come to amid HUDA and 350 families who will be moved by the project .
