I think this project was launched few years back and its will take 1 hr journey by train from Madras Central. You only have trains to kadambattur every 1 hr during peak times(most crowded ones) and very few bus services to reach SunCity from the railway station.I had been to Sun City and feel that its very much over priced.The greenfield airport is only marketing gimmick since its going to take another decade for the airport to come up.

Thank you for your valuable inputs but I personally feel investing in Suncity Spanish Villas is a good investment option when compared to Pon Nagaram where they are selling a piece of land for much higher price and Suncity Spanish Villas would also be more secured since it is a Gated community. The project is located at just mins away to Greenfield Airport. Surely people who invest in Suncity Township can enjoy a high appreciation value.

Hi, Recently I have visited the project site and I like this project and planning to book one unit. All paper is clear and salesperson are very open and providing clear information regarding this project, Right now Overall cost of 2BHK unit of 1000 sqft with built up area 810 sq ft is 26 lakh and the project is well designed for residential purpose.

Hi Tilak, Project is approved by DTCP. DTCP approved property with wide tar top road coming with a clear title. Project is almost completed and few blocks are going to complete within 4 to 5 months almost 75% of the work is completed till now...

Hi Vishwanath, Amarprakash SUNCITY situated near proposed greenfield airport. Its going individual villas in an area of 37 acres. Each villas will be constructed over 1000sq.ft of land. The cost mentioned is 17lakhs for 1BHK and 24 lakhs for 2BHK unit.
