There are various key area which are promising under smart city development plan is as follows:
1. Infrastructure
2. Technology
3. Transport and communication networks.
I.m resident of Pune and I think Pune is in need of smart planning and implementation in terms of traffic, water and power supply and solid waste management.
According to the real estate experts, the smart city plan will boost the growth of IT sector in Pune, Most of the companies are expanding their presence due to smart city initiative taken by the government. As a result, the job market will open up further demand for housing.
I think the implementation of Smart City development plan will benefit Pune reality, Projects such as water filtration plan, metro, BRT corridor and Outer Ring Road (ORR) will be part of the smart city plan.As off now the current housing market, which is concentrated around the suburban regions in Pune, will witness an expansion due to availability of land. Developer are looking their eye in this area.
Hi, There are the various reason why Pune has the potential to become smart city. 1. IT parks boost employment opportunities, prompt the migration of more people and, naturally, create a demand for more real estate in surrounding areas. 2. Good career prospects and decent salaries in the IT sector also lead to demands for better homes or investment opportunities. 3. Pune has more prominent IT-driven real estate locations coming up, including Ambegaon, Undri, Kharadi, Aundh and Baner.
Hi Good news that the Pune Municipal Corporation has invited citizens to share their ideas on `how to make Pune a smart city'. The campaign aims at increasing public participation in the PMCs effort to earn support for the city journey for a smart city development.
Hi Rajiv, I think the city has a notable IT presence and is already an established IT destination thanks to areas like Hinjewadi, Tathawade, Kharadi and Magarpatta. This has also had a positive effect on the real estate scenario.
