Q: I decided to buy a flat from DRA builders because some of my friends suggested DRA builders is the best builders. Please share your views about this and also whether their project is CMDA approved or not?

Recently I called them up regarding this project and he said that projects are developed in Phase 1 and 2. As per builder salesperson, the price is around Rs 3190 per sq ft and project is expected to complete till Dec 2015.Phase 1 has already completed and phase 2 construction is going very rapidly. I think this is one of the best options for the buyers.
Hi Nazia, DRA Group has also launched their Phase-2 of Pristine Pavilion in Mahindra City. They are giving semi-furnishing for the apartments and also 3 years assured rent. The price is also competitive. I have visited their site last week. It is located right inside Mahindra world city and very close to Mahindra's Research Valley. DRA has handed over their Phase - 1 in Pristine Pavilion. Construction is good.
