Q: Due to land mafia & illegal development most of the project in Noida are under scanner. What step has been taken by Noida Authority to overcome this issue ?
Hey Mr Hemant, Builders have been coordinated to advise buyers regarding allotment details. The property could be acquired as flats, apartments, villas or plots etc. Developers need to distribute the date of allotment by the Noida Authority, date & a number of approval of layout plans, location map in their project advertisement. They need to say the same in electronic media.
Hi Hemant,
As per news, authorities said that, if the builder will not able to follow necessary conditions, then strict actions will be taken. Which is encouraging individuals to approach and illuminate the Authority if they run over anybody enjoying property misrepresentation. Noida Authority want full co operation from people to eliminate the least possibility in illegal construction. So that there will be no more litigation between builder & buyer.
Hey Guys,
As per my knowledge, Noida Authority will take a strict action against each one of those included in cheating people of their well-deserved money. Anybody included in the criminalized business of properties in Noida's notified zone will be penalized. Noida Authority will not tolerate this type of unpleasant work any more. Because this illegal deformed works are causing waste of money & time of both buyer & development authority.
Hi Guys, Manoj Rai, an officer on special duty (OSD), Noida said that they have issued an open advisory for buyers' security. Buyers are informed to be careful of unreliable operators. Before investing into property, buyer has to confirm the date of allotment by the Authority to a specific builder, check the sanctioned layout plan of the building and its date. These can likewise be cross-checked by buyers from Noida Authority site.
Hi Heman, Objecting to land mafia and illegal developers, the Noida Authority has issued an open notification, cautioning them of strict punishment action suppose they enjoy any unapproved development or offering of land. The notification has further sounded an alarm to planned homebuyers against investing into a property without checking the predecessors of the developer.
Hey Hemant, According to news, development authorities said that, the move took after a few objections got by the Authority and developing episodes of property extortion, alongside various instances of unapproved builders cutting out plots and auctioning them off to unassuming property buyers.
