Hi Jack, Currently what I am observing that the rate per sq ft is increasing trends with respect to past few yrs. but right now the rate per sq ft is approx Rs 5100 to 5300 per sqft going on.As you are living in this area for few yrs I don't think that you need more clarity about the locality. However Residents who are living in Vastrapur for over a decade love how the vegetable vendors call out for vegetables in the morning and the milk man still supplies milk at the door step.
The recently made flyover that connects Vastrapur to IIM has cover way for stress-free commuting. No congestions on this road during peak hours. With an already strong infrastructure, the new constructions are 3-BHK and 4BHK which range from Rs 1800 -2500 square feet and Rs 2800 to 4700 square feet respectively. 3 BHK are being built numerously due to the demand of luxurious yet flexible houses.
Thank you for your valuable inputs but I would like to tell that if anyone looking for investment purpose carrying a high real estate value, Vastrapur is not only an eye-catching area for Amdavadis, but non Gujaratis too. People from the interior areas also are looking for a house in this area for a new buy.
I am new to Ahmedabad and this was my first trip for a flat search. I am working nearby Vastrapur and recently decided to book flat in this area. I just want to know that is the price trends going on in this area?
HI Chandan, Vastrapur has emerged from a residential axis to a preferred shopping zone and a perfect spot for morning walkers.Vastrapur is close proximity to the SG Highway.Vastrapur bridge to other areas of the city like Bodakdev, Panjrapole, Ring Road etc.
Hi, I am the residential person of Ahmedabad and I notice that Vastrapur has been showing great development in terms of real estate. One of Ahmedabad's biggest shopping mall with a multiple screen cinema, food court and other renowned food chains, is situated in Vastrapur.
