Hi Priya, right now the average price of residential apartment in this area is approx Rs 3700 to 3900 per sq ft and for the residential plots the average price is Rs12438 per sq yard.

Vandalur set the junction of the Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road, Connecting the Grand Southern Trunk Road with Old Mamallapuram Road. Vandalur - Minjur called outer ring road is a major transport corridor being developed along the periphery of Chennai Metropolitan Area by the CMDA. The Vandalur Flyover will connect the east and west side of the Vandalur railway station. so in terms of connectivity it is one of the best places for the residential project.

Thank you very much for your guidance but I would like ti say that the nearest train station is Vandalur Railway Station on the Chennai Suburban Railway line. The proposed Chennai monorail project envisages two lines from Vadalur - Vandalur to Puzhal and Vandalur to Velachery. This Rail network will be called life line for this area.
