Hi, its the same case for everyone out here. Only 2 towers have been handed over and i have communications from them stating the delivery will begin from March 2014. But no improvements. I think, if we could jointly do some consultation and discuss with the builder or take some action it can work. Otherwise, i feel the builder is taking things for granted.

Hi, Even I have the same question. There has been considerable amount of delay in the project delivery and there is no one to explain the reason for the delay or the revised delivery date. Everytime when we contact we have been promised a delivery in 2 months since the beginning of the year. But that date is not in sight yet. Even site visits are denied.

Hi, I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to discussed with the builder and ask for the Valid reason for delay in possession. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.
