I would like to buy a flat at Prajapati Elite III Groud floor... May I know any disadvantages? And its been told that Registration will be done on total amount. Is it true??

Hi, As per my knowledge registration is done only on sq ft area not in the total amount of the project. So I would like to suggest you that before proceeding you must take legal advised.
