Thanks Dhananjay, How we can calculate stamp duty of any property?

You have to deposit the Stamp Duty and other fees with the bank. Currently, the calculation of the Stamp Duty is as follows: Property under Municipal Corporations: 9.5% of the property value = 7% stamp duty + 2% transfer fee + 0.5% registration fee.

The main Purpose of registration of property is as follow:
1. By Registration of the transaction of immovable property will become permanent public record. This is a notice to the general public.
2. Those getting transfer of property should verify whether such property has been previously encumbered.
3. According to Transfer of Property Act right, title or interest can be acquired only if the deed is registered.

Registration Charges in Hyderabad is 1 % of property cost so in your case you have to pay 50K as a registration charge. Also you have to pay stamp duty and property transfer charges.
