With recent list of smart cities there is no mention of Delhi Lzone. Delhi smart city would be the NDMC zone!!!!

L-Zone by the government only planned as a smart city as there is space constraint in Delhi. Check the recording of the societies and the background of the initiators, Always check the registry paper of plots, Check out the locations of plots if it should decide your country.

As per my knowledge, as a stage towards encouraging the developing need of housing in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is dealing with the Master Plan of L Zone. L Zone is required to provide a stimulus to the moderate and stagnant real estate business sector of the national capital.

As per development plan, the authority has isolated Delhi into 15 zones wherein "L" Zone is the biggest and brags Najafgarh as the main evaluation town in the zone. At present the zones are open for purchasing plot, wherein the private builders as well as housing societies are approaching with their investment ideas.

society are taking land cost because in society model you have to pay land cost and amount is pooled to purchase the land now in L Zone mostly societies promotors already have the land parcel so you need to focus following things
1 Check registry of land
2 check the promotors of society
3 Check the background fo promotors.

According to the latest news, Development officials said that even though only 1 slot had been assigned to Delhi by the Urban Development ministry, city govt sent 2 names to the Urban Development ministry,1- NDMC area 2-IP Extension (in East Delhi). Feasibility showed the last choice of NDMC. The NDMC is a fairly over crowding-free zone and unreserved to develop.

There would no smart city in L ZONE ,earlier it was decided to give 3 smart city for l zone but now central govt is seeing huge budget in this smart city project so this will developed only developed area
