As per my knowledge, Aracity Regency Park is one of the popular residential development in Sector-16C Greater Noida. This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK semi-luxurious spacious apartment, area ranging from 1265 sq-ft to 1990 sq-ft. This project is located in a decent residential location with all daily basic amenities nearby. Builder quoted price is around 3500/sq-ft to 3700/sq-ft.

Hi,
This project has spread over 5acres of land, having 7 towers. Currently the construction is on full swing. Possession of these towers A, D, E, F & G will be in December 2015. Tower B & C construction work is going on. It is expected that possession will be in 2016 March. All these towers have G+20 floors.

As per sources, this project has 70%-80% open space. 10/per floor is the floor rise price of this project. I heard that this project has two different type 2BHK. 1265 sq-ft, 2BHK with study room & without study room. Banks approving loan for this project are HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, PNB Bank, LIC , DHFL, IndiaBulls & Axis Bank. This project is located very close to 130mtr wide road of Noida-Greater Noida link road.
