check all the legal approvals before registration of the property from the local body or Gram Panchayat, make sure that the lay out plan and floor plan has required approval, water and sanitation, basic amenities from the project site, infrastructure development in the locality, nearby market, bus stop, hospitals and the easily available transport facilities and then go for it.
