alliance orchid springss is not listening the owners complaints

Q: Though the issues relating dampness in the wall, leaky water taps have reported the several times to the maintenace team they have not solved the problem. whenever we report the problem they ask although they are listening the first time. i am very sad why we bought the flat in this project.

Are you paying any maintenance charge, yes, then you have to escalate your issue through a written complaint and ask them to look into it. What pavan has said consult a lawyer about the legal aspects

Sir, i have paid one year maintenance charges in advance ( THEY HAVE COLLECTED BEFORE HANDING OVER THE FLAT). i have already given complaint . THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY ACK. FOR THIS. V.SUBRAMANIAN

Hi Subramanian,I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the valid reason and what is the further prospect of this kind of maintaenance. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.
