Upon seeing a hoarding near my office, I visited Sobha Dream Acres website. At a surprising price range, they were offering facilities like tennis courts, basket ball courts, jogging tracks, squash courts, five swimming pools, five club houses, and so on. It’s definitely a wise investment option.

After a little research, I came to know that Sobha Dream Acres has adopted backward integration for their entire project. Then, I visited the Sobha Dream Acres precast factory. They explained, saying; that most of the stuff needed in a home is manufactured by them and so can be customized. In fact, each element needed for a home were being manufactured by them. This gave them better control over the quality of their project. And that allows me to choose the desired design and color for my home.
