Chandra Vista is on OMR. The omr is one of the fastest developing stretches in Chennai. The past few years have seen unimaginable development and it is expected to grow exponentially. Land and home values have doubled and more appreciation is expected. And the quality of KG property is a given. Its a beautiful project with lots of features and brilliant views. Its one of the best on OMR.

Hi, KG Chandra Vista is located right opposite the Sathyabama University. As far as I know this is very good locality. So far I didn't hear any bad review about the project. You can have good returns in future.

KG Chandra Vista is one of the attractive project in Semmenchery, Chennai South. and project is available in size of 1492 to 2154 and cost is around 72 lakh to 1.2 Cr.

Hi, no dough KG Chandra Vista is one of the good options on OMR Road. But the cost of the project is quite high, if price is not a constraint then you can go for this project. Location is lots of current advantages, connectivity is good, the proposed metro link is passing through this road.

KG Builder is one of the leading builders in Chennai. The project is located in the heart of the city at Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai and is a very impressive project. It is well designed and will surely appreciate very well. Water logging is common in some parts of the area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem with KG Chandra vista.
