I am a first time property buyer. I am searching for a suitable apartment in Gurgaon. My friends highly spoke about this location, Sector-45. I need to know about this Sector. How is this location for investment? What about nearby availability?

This Sector is close to Sector- 44 institutional hub, corporate offices of popular MNC's easily accessible to catch a metro from HUDA City Centre Metro Station, which is approx. max 1-2km. According to sources, the average residential price of this Sector 45 is around 3150/sq-ft in year 2009 April-June. After many ups & downs the average price gradually arises. As of now the average residential price of this sector has touched around 8300/sq-ft in July-September. So there has been around 9%-9.5% growth in this price trend.
