I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in size 1380 sq ft at Jain's Carlton Creek. They are saying to give possession in Mar'17. I would like to know the recent experience of buyers here. It would be great if you can share it. Also, with the current market conditions, what would be the best price (per sq. ft) upto which I should negotiate?

Hi suraj, Right now the rate per sq ft is Rs 3600, while in this prices they are offering the discount so contact with the builder for discount negotiation. I think Rs 3300 to 3400 is quite good deal for this project.
