can i get cidco noc after paying tranfer charges to cidco,Our socirty has already given documents in cidco for convence.

Q: i have applied for loan to icici all my documents are clear and now at a time of disbusment they r asking for cidco noc which i dont have is there any other alternative for this please tell me.and can i apply now and our property is a developing plot so please guide me for this.Thanking u

Hi Dinesh,
you have to go to CIDCO office at CBD Belapur and talk to the PRO who will direct you to the concerned officer. you will have present all the original documents and mention the bank from whom you are borrowing and they will issue a NOC to the bank who is taking the property as a security. Thanks.....

Yes, and if you will visit CBD Belapur Office you will find many agents doing it for fees & if you want to do it on your own visit CIDCO Office on working day after 1-2 p.m. (visitors allowed timing) & visit the information counter there and submit the required documents for getting NOC from Cidco.

Hi,
In case you are purchasing resale property you will be required to do 1) Cidco transfer procedure requires Builder/Soceity NOC, Copy of Sale Agreement between you and seller.

2) Mortage NOC requires CIDCO transfer completed, Mortgage Letter from Bank, Affidaviate saying you do not have any other loans for the said property.
