Hi. Yes I visited the site last week. It’s a great project and I was convinced that its one of the best for me because I work at Siruseri. Superb amenities and very affordable. I’m in the process of booking.

I think this will be a good option if ur tight on ur budget and looking for apartment on OMR close to work for end use. I wouldnt recommend this from an investment perspective since it would be difficult to rent it out since tenants have enough options on or close to OMR and capital appreciation would be limited in the next 5 years. Charges look nominal and amenities provided looks good.

Siruseri is a very prime location in Chennai. It is an ideal location for all kinds of people who cares his family and works in IT and Sipcot. Surrounded by lakes and green country. You can reach from Sipcot IT park to Siruseri in 5 Minutes drive ( 4 km ) distance. All the facilities like school, mall, market, bank and ATM are available in this locality.

Hi surya, I don't think "KG Earth homes" is providing plot project. This is purely residential apartment project.The location is near to the Sipcot IT Park. I work there and I have passed by the site a few times. Regarding the current status I'm not exactly sure. You should call builder for more details.

Earth Homes is a very good project from KG. They have 1, 2 and 3 bhk. Sq.ft starts from around 600. I think homes are still available. Better you enquire soon.

KG earth come into affordable segment of the builder and offer 2, 3 bhk unit within low costing. 2 BHK unit come into 31.5 lac. As far as localities is concerned, project located in siruseri and currently average price is approx 4000 to 4100 per sq ft. which is showing positive trends for this location.
