What are the flat sizes available in 1 and 2BHK and its current price per square foot?

Hello Khushi,
Balaji Paradise offers 1BHK from 460-574 sq-ft and 2BHK from 713-959 sq-ft. and its current price is Rs.3500/sq-ft.

Is the price negotiable or fixed? What will be the booking amount and the date of possession?

Yes, the price is negotiable and you can get a good bargain as the current real estate market in Mumbai is very slow and developers have huge inventory pile-up.

As per the sale guy, booking amount will be 20% of the property cost. You will get allotment letter for that. They are saying that possession date will be 2 years from the date of its launch.

Yes, they are going to launch two new residential project called ''Balaji City'' and ''Balaji Paradise'' in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. I have some information on Balaji Paradise. It is located just 4 kms from Panvel Railway Station and offers 1/1.5/2/3BHK residential apartments. There will be 10 buildings under G+4 storeys apartment.

Are IOD and Commencement Certificate in place? Have they started the construction work?

Good evening Nishant,
They got the IOD and waiting for CC. They have submitted all the paper for Commencement certificate. Once they get the Commencement Certificate, construction work will start. Currently, this project is in pre-launch phase and booking is going on.
