I am bit confused regarding the price given for 2 BHK unit in Godrej Prakriti. Is it based on super built up area or covered area or floor area? I also need information about total number of towers and floors in each tower for this project?
Hello Dear, As far as Godrej Prakriti is concerned the price of 2 BHK is based on the per sq ft which include built up area. Carpet area is usually 20% less than built up area. In Prakriti total number of the tower is 17 and the different tower has a different configuration and floor such as tower 8 has 19 floor.
Thanks Kaustav, I would like to know what is the current rate per sq ft in this project? I am looking for 3 BHK units under my budget of approx. 40 lakhs? I am basically looking for ready to move apartment? What is the status of construction on this project?
Hi Anish, Hello, recently I visited the project site and I really like the project. This is a really big project with total 22 acres of lands. As per builder executive, the current rate per sq ft is Rs 3800. They offer car parking free. Yes, you get 3 BHK, 1100 sq ft in your budget. As per construction status is concerned almost 9 tower is in ready to move position and rest construction is in full swing.
Prakriti is approved under township planning and as per builder sales executive there is no legal issue with this project. The project is tied up with various banks like DHFL, LIC, HDFC and ICICI bank.
I am very new to Kolkata city, searching the residential apartment for my end use and interested in this project.I just want to know builder reputation. Is builder providing quality material in construction? Any other information will be beneficial for me.
@ sarkar, I think there is no question about Godrej Property reputation and they are counted as the most trusted name in the real estate industry. It is better to visit the project site, see the construction quality of the project, nearby locality, connectivity etc. before taking a decision. You can also take the advice of builder sales people to know more about this project and consequences.
