Hi! I have booked a flat here. The response has been great so far. It is really a pleasure to talk to the people from S&S. This builder is specifically known for on-time delivery. I heard from so many people. So expecting really good stuff.

I enquired last week and the people there said that its nearing completion and will be ready by November. I saw the homes and really like it. Very well designed and super amenities. Yes right now price is the major concerned, current the overall costing of 2 BHK come around 93 lakhs.

DRA Group has also launched their Phase-2 of Pristine Pavilion in Mahindra City. They are giving semi-furnishing for the apartments and also 3 years assured rent. The price is also competitive. It is located right inside Mahindra world city and very close to Mahindra's Research Valley. DRA has handed over their Phase - 1 in Pristine Pavilion. Construction is good.
