I think Ajmer Road serves as a strategically positioned locality in Jaipur as it is located adjacent to Ajmer Road & the newly built Elevated Road. The area comprises of schools, hospitals, banks and another day to day conveniences nearby. Inox Cinema is hardly 4 km away and within 2 km of distance and is connected with the highway leading to Ajmer, Ahmedabad or towards Delhi and Gurgaon.

No doubt Jaipur is emerging as an investment destination.If you think to invest in Jaipur Ajmer NH-8. I would say go ahead. Its true that UB Builders is good builder for their on time possession of the project. So as of my knowledge they are reputated Builder.

Ajmer Road- Rs. 2750/sq.ft
Tonk Road- Rs. 3300/sq.ft
Vaishali Nagar- Rs. 3450/sq.ft
Jagatpura- Rs. 3200/sq.ft
Sirsi Road- Rs. 3000/sq.ft
Sikar Road- Rs. 3550/sq.ft
Hi, I think that you should wait for at least 2 to 3 yrs to get good capital appreciation. Currently some of the locations that are still in the affordable Rs 2500-4000 per sq ft range are Ajmer Road, Tonk Road, Sirsi Road, Jagatpura, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar, Chitrakut and Nirman Nagar.
