Is there anyone who knows about the property in the R.A Puram area? I am scouting for a good 2BHK unit there for investment. How is the area for rental? What is the current price going there and what is the return I can expect?

Hello Pavan, I think RA Puram is one of the posh area and current average price is approx 15k per sq ft. For end used this area is very nice but for investment purpose I think the area is bit expensive. In this area you get approx 25k to 30k as a rent.

Hi Kiran, I have already invested in the same residential project and very much positive about it. The possession is scheduled as per the builder commitment. Also the R.A Puram area is developing well and you can be sure of healthy returns. The sq ft rates here used to be around Rs 12000 but now it is almost Rs 21000.

R A Puram comes under Mylapore and Mylapore is a cultural hub and neighborhood in the Southern part of the city of Chennai. Mylapore is also called Thirumayilai.
