Builder is charging complete payment for parking, garden , club, jim and for swimming poolanothing is ready till possesi

Q: Still Garden, Swiming Pool, Parking, Club and other facilities are incomplete yet builder has been charged complete payment for the same. They are giving possession whereas completion certificate of GDA is still not received by Builder

Check your Payment Plan and Proceed according to that plan.I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the forward plan. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.
