Chandapura is a prime locality and is well connected to other parts of the city. Peripheral Outer Ring Road and future extension of the Metro will give rapid access to the center of Bangalore such as MG Road and also to the Airport. You will fetch a good returns in the coming years.

Where exactly is the project located and when is the development expected to get completed? Which local body has approved the project?

The project is located just behind Narayan Hrudhayalaya and the development is expected top get completed by 2017. The project has got approval from BMRDA

Hi All, In some of the website I could see that the project has got approval from BMRDA and in some of the website it is mentioned as BMICAPA approved. Please explain.
