I have a plot there and not visited for 2 years. Hope there are no encrochments in that area.

Hi anyone can confirm what is the current price of land per sq ft in Arcot tnhb phase II

Average price is around rs 1100 psf. Plots with houses front end are goind up to rs 1500
good location corner plots upto rs1300 psf

minimum interiors prices are going between rs 800 and 900

interior avg 1500 to 2000. front one deal has got booked for 2800. corner plots extra 10 to 15 percent
commerical plots and plots opposite to commercial can go higher

TNHB has stopped selling plots since long time
here only FLATs

A recent visit to the area.prices near the Ganesha temple front side goes up to rs 1500. plots near interior roads goes up to 1000 rs. average prices hover around rs 800 to rs 1000. corner plots pls add 10 to 15 %

they are free from title issues

most of the existing plot owners are from teachers professors and government servants
also some bank professionals are there. lot of houses have been built and getting built
they can go for additional purchases from secondary resales market
TNHB has exhausted all plots in this area long back and few resales are available

Even i heard this first time. As of now, i know that the guideline value of Arcot TNHB is Rs 950/sq-ft, front side rates are going up to Rs 1200/sq-ft, dead end rate Rs 600/sq-ft, average rate is Rs 800/sq-ft. and
corner good plots have got sold for Rs 900/sq-ft

Is it true that the pay commission hikes govt. salary and pension by 24 %. for ARCOT TNHB buyers mostly from govt. can go for additional purchase in the scheme. What is your view in it?
