Project launch in Dec 2014 and it has got approval from Kulerdari gram panchayat. In the general talk, the builder agree to provide Occupancy Certificate for this project.Construction started from April 2015 and foundation works is almost complete, also construction started for block 1,2,3 as off now.

I think it is a good option for the residential project with affordable price, great locality and infrastructure.Basically project located at Joka on D.H Road, just 250 Mtrs. from Joka Metro Station and beside Vivekananda Mission School.This project offer 2 BHK and 3 Bhk and The built up area of apartments in this project ranges from 890 sqft to 1370 sqft.

Currently, the rate per sq ft is Rs 2990 and car parking is the optional in this project Rs 3.5 lakhs, PLC Rs 50 per floor, Floor Escalation Charges - Rs. 15/- per Sq. Ft. From 2nd Floor, Club Charges – Rs. 50000/- for 2 BHK.Maintenance Charges – Rs. 2.5/- per Sq. Ft. per Month for 12 Months.

Sinking fund is levied by the law of society and its contains contribution from all members, at the fixed rate time to time by the society community, subject to the minimum of 0.25 percent per annum of the construction cost of each flat.The purpose of collecting Sinking Fund is to accumulate and keep sufficient funds with the society so that building can be reconstructed in future.
