Q: I want to invest in omr, my friend got cheated. So i want to know very trustworthy builders not just anyone.

Since I was also looking for a luxury apartment in Chennai, OMR area, I know a couple of builders who have projects in this area. But from the credibility point of view, I think the House of the Hiranandani group will be your best bet. I visited some of their projects like Sinovia, Amalfi, Edina. The apartments of these projects have magnificent architecture, not to mention a contemporary designer kitchen, exclusive study room, and a personal deck area. These projects also boast premium amenities like Yoga and aerobics center, fully equipped gym, jogging tracks, banquet halls, tennis courts, children’s play area, snooker and pool room, parks and landscaped recreational spaces, auditorium, etc. My personal favorite from these projects is Sinovia. There are three lifts in the Sinovia project, and it offers 3 BHK apartments. In addition, these apartments are situated close to Bay of Bengal and backwaters. OMR has a lot of properties and thus too many builders to choose from. You need to be very careful before investing with these guys, huge monies are involved. I personally have had an awesome experience with Radiance realty. They have I guess 3 projects in OMR or nearby. Plus they are really trustworthy, I had a great buying experience with them and soon we will move into our property in Shine
